SN International explicitly covenants and binds itself to NEVER bypass, cross-market, solicit, advertise to, or establish direct trade lines with any end-user entity, corporate brand, or target buyer uncovered via the artwork files, logistics logs, or drop-ship addresses provided by accredited distributors during the production run.
